STONE Projectmanagement is a very professional project management agency that stands out for its years of experience and expert knowledge of construction, (installation) engineering, furnishing, and facility concepts for relocation, renovation, and office fit-out projects. It is our mission to unburden our clients of various complex office fit-out challenges by offering world class project management and consultancy. We work with our clients based on a relationship of trust to find optimal solutions together, within the frameworks the client has established in terms of process and budget.

STONE Projectmanagement goes a lot further than process-based managing of projects. It is thanks to our expert technical knowledge that we are able to also take responsibility for expert advice in addition to just the process side. This enables us to make the right choices together with you as early as the development stage, guaranteeing you to save on budget. We believe in work methods and processes that are fully transparent and of the highest integrity. That way, you will always know what to expect, and you will have the desired level of control and influence over the project. We work with passionate professionals who are fully committed to your project. That means they will work hard to meet schedules and keep going where others give up, all in order to guarantee your project gets the best possible result. Also regarding our fee structure we are completely transparent and honest. We deliver our services exclusively on consultancy basis. This means we don’t get kick-back fees, and we so deliver totally independent advice.

Other services as design … or the development of workplace concepts are offered in collaboration with third parties. Also in this collaboration, STONE projectmanagement continues to be focused on the clients interest.

In eight weeks we completely renovated an area of 1,200m2, while staying open for business.
