STONE Projectmanagement can, in collaboration with the broker, advice you as a potential tenant with our substantive expertise on the technical condition of several buildings. We then include looking at the cooling capacity, available electric power, options for furnishing, finishing level, etc. This will give you insight in the investments required before you can move into the building. This allows you to make a better financial comparison. We will also include this for you in the negotiations with the owner. This can result in the owner providing you the building in a better condition (eg climate system upgrade and higher quality finish) with good service levels.

We can give you insight into the financial impact of commitments made in the negotiation phase. So you always know in advance the financial implications of investments such as upgrading the facilities.
